Surcharges - may apply during peak seasons.
Rates - are subject to change without notice.
Insurance - comprehensive cover is included in these rates, subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement. Standard Excess on all claims is $1250 for all drivers 25 - 75 years with an additional $1700 for any driver between 21 and 24 years of age and 76 and 85 years of age. NB. Overhead, underbody, interior and windscreen damage (however caused) is at renters risk.
Late Returns - a charge equal to 20% of the daily rate per hour will be charged for late returns. Intention of returning late must be notified to our office, otherwise insurance cover ceases.
Baby Seats - baby seat and boosters are available at $2.20 per day and Baby capsules at $3.30 per day.
Refunds - no refunds will be made if the vehicle is returned earlier than stated on Rental Agreement.
Fuel - vehicle must be returned with at least the same quantity as at start of hire or a fee will apply.
Reservations - are confirmed by vehicle group and not by specific make or model.
Vehicle Substitution - we will make every effort to supply vehicle requested at time of booking, but we reserve the right to substitute an upgrade or similar standard of vehicle at no extra cost to the hirer.
One Way Rentals available - fee applies (minimum hire period)
All hires commence and finish at our depots, not at airports.
Free pick-up - from airports (conditions apply)
R.A.C.Q. - 24 hour roadside service
Excess -Excess Insurance may be available from $58.00 Total Cost.

Personal and company cheques are accepted only if received 14 days prior to commencement of hire.

A deposit of $100 (applies toward rental) is required before booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Fee
If cancelled less than 7 days prior to pick up 100% of deposit.
If cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to pick up 50% of deposit.
If cancelled 14 days or more prior to pick up 30% of deposit.
