You are busy, we understand that. You require efficient, pre-arranged transport supplied, without delays. At Surfers Rent A Car we are the experts in car rentals, cheap rates and good quality reliable cars.
For your convenience we have a valet pick-up service from Gold Coast and Brisbane airports. We will take you and your luggage to our office that is conveniently located close to the airport to complete your paperwork in comfort. Once completed the keys to the car are yours for the duration of your stay. Once your business is completed then you simply return the vehicle to our office and we will valet transfer you and your luggage to the airport in time for your flight home. We won’t say goodbye – we’ll just say ‘see you again’ as we know that you will use our services again!
If you will only be using the vehicle for yourself, we would probably recommend our 2 door ‘around town’ hatch. Compact and easy to park, good fuel economy and very easy to drive. We do have a selection of other sedans if you will be taking your business associates in your vehicle to meetings or entertaining them while you are here.
As for your costs – you know all charges up front, the price per day we quote from Surfers Rent A Car, is the total price you pay for your rental car hire. Any additional charges that may apply for things like after hours’ airport pick up or drop off, we let you know upfront, because we pride ourselves on transparent and honest pricing.
If you are visiting from overseas your driver’s licence from your home country is usually fine. If you are from a non-english speaking country an international licence or passport is also required if your licence is not in English. You are required to have held your licence for a minimum
period of 6 months. You cannot have had your licence suspended or cancelled within the last 2 years.
We can also rent to Provisional drivers that have held their licence for longer than 6 months.
Unfortunately, if you are under 21 year of age we are unable to rent you a vehicle.
