Thursday 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th April at The Dog and Parrot Tavern, 2-6 Scottsdale Drive, Robina. The public bar plays host to some of Australia’s best amateur and professional stand-up comedians.
Saturday 18th April 10:45am to 11:45am. Get in amongst nature and meet the local wildlife of Burleigh Heads. Snakes, possums, turtles, lizards, crocodiles, owls, and flying foxes are all some of the local wildlife you’ll get to see. This is suitable for all ages and organised by the City of Gold Coast. Sunday 19th April 10am to 11am. With over 50kms of coastline, numerous lakes, and more than 400km of manmade canals, the Gold Coast is an ideal place to learn all about marine animals. This special workshop is held at Varsity Lakes and suited to children aged 4 and over. Get hands on with ocean artefacts such as coral, shark teeth, shark eggs, sea cucumbers, sea crabs, and much more. Organised by the City of Gold Coast. Register for this event for location details.
